There are a few ways to get your CFCR membership. Make sure to fill out the form below completely so we have your information on record.

You can also visit CFCR World Headquarters, now located at 267 3rd Avenue South (between 20th and 21st Streets). Please note that access is by stairs only, as there is no elevator in our building. Our office is open from 10am to 6pm weekdays but is closed on weekends. We accept cash, cheque, Visa and MasterCard. We do not have a debit machine on the premises, but there are several banks in the area.

If you are paying by cheque, please make it out to “CFCR Radio.” Please note that our mailing address differs from our street address. Send correspondence to P.O. Box 7544, postal code S7K 4L4. Please include your address, phone number and email address (if you have one).

Credit card payments will be processed securely through PayPal, or you can call your credit card information in to CFCR during business hours.
