CFCR presents legendary Austin, TX guitarist/producer/singer-songwriter Gurf Morlix, Wednesday April 11th at The Bassment.Gurf has been a major thread in the fabric of American roots music for over 20 years. But before he became a recognized name on the scene for his work with such reknowned artists as Lucinda Williams, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Slaid Cleaves, Buddy and Julie Miller, and Mary Gauthier, Gurf hung, played and performed with the Austin-based songwriter Blaze Foley.
