CFCR RECOMMENDS: CHECK OUT THE NEW CFCR RECOMMENDS!

Jan 27, 2012

Hey, friend! Check out the “CFCR Recommends” feature section, located on the right side of the CFCR main page. Previously, the section exclusively featured pieces on full-length albums CFCR thinks you should check out. Not only do you still get that, but we’re expanding the section to include films, books, advance singles, videos and other interesting media we can get our hands on!  In fact, we just added two new excellent submissions from Ishmael N. Daro (Host of The Buzz, Wednesday 5–6pm), as well as local media mogul and CFCR board member Craig Silliphant! Drop everything and go there now!

CFCR acknowledges that we broadcast from Treaty 6 Territory, the homeland of the Cree and Métis Nations, and the traditional territories of the Dene, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota. We pay our gratitude to the First Nations and Métis people who have called this ancestral land home for generations, and whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our community. On a foundation of reconciliation, recognition, and respect, CFCR is committed to reaffirming relationships with one another, and to establishing new ones.
