CFCR THANKS YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Hz So Good FM-Phasis 2013 LOGO.jpgFirst off, FM-Phasis 2013 was a success. How much of a success, you ask? Well, we made our goal of $70,000 and THEN some! $72,780, with pledges still rolling in. This is a significant increase from our previous years, so we are very grateful to each and everyone one of you who managed to donate towards keeping Community Radio alive and moving forward here in Saskatoon. We always strive to improve CFCR’s broadcast and presence as much as possible, and by making our goal, we are able to put money into our planned equipment/station upgrades as planned.

And as if that wasn’t enough good news, CFCR’s 11th Annual Artist for Alternative Radio Art Auction was held at the Riverside Golf & Country Club on November 23rd. A colorful array of locals-only art was available for viewing and purchase. By the end of the night, CFCR raised $6563.17 in thanks to all of the fine people who supported this wonderful annual event. A great night was had by all, so if you haven’t had a chance to attend, we hope to see you out at next year’s auction! Your walls deserve it.

As with all of our fundraisers, every dollar donated goes right back into the station, so know that every bit actually makes a difference. CFCR thanks you to no end, and we never take your support for granted. Onwards and Upwards, Saskatoon!
