THE RADIATION FLOWERS
Saskatoon’s shoegaze psych-rock champions The Radiation Flowers construct expansive arrangements, taking minimal chords to maximal effect. Mesmerizing like the colourful floating globs of a lava lamp, it’s guitar rock for northern lights and dark side mantras muttered in a nuclear hurricane waiting to wash you away.
LISTEN

THE SEX GECKOS
Named after a group of Russian reptiles launched into space, only to freeze to death, Saskatoon-area psych-punk maniacs The Sex Geckos will send you flying headlong to the stars, but their frantic live show will never leave you out in the cold.

Each April, we ask all our wonderful current CFCR members to renew their cards for the coming year. As a CFCR member, you have the chance to call-in to win instant concert tickets and other prizes, email-in to enter some amazing contests and other draws all year-round, and your name will automatically be entered to win a monthly draw from a variety of our great local business sponsors!
On top of that, you save 10% at a great selection of local businesses, so it doesn't take long for your Membership to literally pay for itself.

For those who have never been a member, or who have not been a member for a while, we encourage you to come join the club in 2019/20!

CFCR acknowledges that we broadcast from Treaty 6 Territory, the homeland of the Cree and Métis Nations, and the traditional territories of the Dene, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota. We pay our gratitude to the First Nations and Métis people who have called this ancestral land home for generations, and whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our community. On a foundation of reconciliation, recognition, and respect, CFCR is committed to reaffirming relationships with one another, and to establishing new ones.
