NEW FEATURES ADDED TO CFCR.CA!

Jan 30, 2015

You may notice a bit of a new look to CFCR's website this week. We've been working on adding a few new features and upgrading the overall usability with our website designers OH! Media.

Primarily, we wanted CFCR.ca to look better and be easier to use on all devices, including tablets and smartphones. Now, no matter how large your screen is, our website will adjust and reformat itself to give you the optimal view and function.

We also wanted to connect our offical online home with our social media outlets, so we've boosted the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube icons to the very top of the page, and added our Twitter feed along the right side-bar. Now you can see what's happening with CFCR, and you can post comments to CFCR's Twitter right from our page!

We have changed the name of our Weekly Charts to "Weekly Top 10," which will still show you the top-played albums on the station every week on the right side-bar, but we added at Top 10 link to the top bar, so if you're viewing on a mobile device, you won't have to scroll way down to see the most popular jams on Saskatoon community radio!

Without generous donations of our many supporers, we would never be able to keep up with the fast-paced world of technology. It helps us provide our listeners and website visitors with a modern, interactive and entertaining experience! THANK-YOU!

CFCR acknowledges that we broadcast from Treaty 6 Territory, the homeland of the Cree and Métis Nations, and the traditional territories of the Dene, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota. We pay our gratitude to the First Nations and Métis people who have called this ancestral land home for generations, and whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our community. On a foundation of reconciliation, recognition, and respect, CFCR is committed to reaffirming relationships with one another, and to establishing new ones.
