Dansemorphia

Free Flow Dance Theatre proudly presents Dansemorphia, a powerful new work choreographed by Artistic Director Jackie Latendresse as a part of the 30th anniversary season. Inspired by the surrealist visions of Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso and the groundbreaking choreography of Robert DesRosiers and Alwin Nikolais, Dansemorphia offers a bold reimagining of the human form in motion. Through the use of sculptural costumes Dansemorphia challenges the issue of body dysmorphia within the dance world. This unique performance redefines the aesthetic expectations of dance and celebrates the beauty and strength of human bodies, creating an emotionally resonant and visually stunning experience.

Dansemorphia is more than a dance show—it’s a transformative statement on self-perception, and the regenerative power of movement.
