Music in the Library with Carly, Darling
Join Saskatoon Public Library for an evening of live music in the library featuring the local band Carly, Darling.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Carly Kat is a singer-songwriter that pulls from the diverse threads of blues, folk, traditional country, contemporary, rock, and songs old and new. Vocals range from silk to smoking ash, soaring highs and growling lows, soft suggestion and billowing strength. Originals reflect on connection, social issues and change, peppered between her – and maybe your – favourite tunes. One-quarter of Dirty & The Perks with two EPs released, she’s joined by Darl Hobsbawn of Darling and Hobbes to bring you Carly, Darling.
This event will take place on the main floor of the library in the magazine reading area.
