Create Your Own Path is an annual showcase to promote health and independence for those 55 plus. Aging does not have to mean giving up things that matter or avoiding change. Growing older can open a new opportunity to explore, discover, and live your best life. With a vibrant theme that supports independence, Spotlight on Seniors enables older adults to find information on retirement, health and finance, delve into new hobbies, meet up with friends, or learn something new. The show empowers older adults to stay independent and pursue a more active lifestyle.
