CFCR'S CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION FEAST! A SUCCESS!

Dec 14, 2011

2012 Chinese NY 3.jpgThanks to EVERYONE who joined us for CFCR's annual Chinese New Year Feast, held this past Friday at the Mandarin Restaurant! Together, we rung the "Year of the Dragon" a few days early....but more importantly, in style!

We started the night off with a few Chinese Beers, and some fabulous entertainment courtesy of the Heritage Chinese Language School. Attendees were treated to notes from the Gu Zheng instrument, and the traditional lion dance!

As always, the Mandarin did not disappoint with the food. The multi course meal was dished up and dished out in record time! The restaurant was packed with 200 people and everyone left with a smile on their face. Many "I can't believe I ate the whole thing" one liners were heard from across the room.

The event sold out in record time this year, and we look forward to 2013's event being even better! Thank you again to everyone for their support!
